MY NOVEL

 

When I wrote an article on the
true stories of 100 000 Italians incarcerated in Zonderwater Prisoner of War Camp in South Africa during World War 2, the reaction of 40 000 SA Country Life readers was unprecedented. 

The stories also wove themselves into my heart and my novel (which I am still in the process of writing) is based on the many true accounts I heard. 

It’s a tribute to those intrepid men.
